Coach Eddie Jones, criticised for instilling a sterile game into the Wallabies, believes that the team playing smart rather than adventurous rugby, will win the World Cup.
Totally agree on what Eddie is saying. A good example is yesterday.

Hurrah!!!
Wanderers beat SRC and SCC, 41-0 and 9-6 respectively to win the National Plate and Cup Finals respectively.
Against SRC, we played our normal organised game. Being aware not to be hasty to score. We had our chances. Scoring a herd of tries. While SRC not even getting anything positive. Good win guys. Till the day we meet again to plan our Singapore domination of Division 1 rugby.
Against SCC it was a very close-quarters kinda game. With Charlie Brazier knocking in 2 penalty goals and Marcus Blackburn slotting the winner. Very very close game. Nothing much to say, because I went to get food at 7-11.
Now, post mortem for me. Totally screwed up game. Could have done better. Of all things. knocked on quicktaps. First time mans. FUCK ME!!! Well, atleast I smashed the SRC prop unconscious. So nice of me to ask Najib to pass the ball to that fatty with me lingering in the shadows. Well thens, I did my specials too. Didn't allow the receiver to release the ball in one ruck. Come to think of it. He did it twice against me this year. Well fuck him. Now, the apologies. I'm sorry about my mistakes. I promise never to do it ever again. And fuck the goddamn weather!!! Well, thanks to everyone in Wanderers for everything, especially the support. Thank you guys.

Singapore Cup and Plate Preview.
The NRC comes to a climax this weekend at the Padang, where the Singapore Cup and the Singapore Plate will be contested. Both games promise to be a battle royale and the heroics from the ongoing World Cup would surely serve as an inspiration for the teams to lift their game to greater heights.
In the Singapore Plate final, Wanderers find themselves against the most improved team of the tournament, SRC. The perennial bottom dwellers has come to life this season with a brand of rugby that oozes flair and power. Attack is the team mantra and attack from anywhere is the preferred style of play. If it sounds too much like the Pacific Islands style of rugby, it's probably true. SRC have strengthened their ranks with imports from the South Pacific and the rugged boys from the south have brought a breath of fresh air into the NRC. They have entertained week in and week out and look a good bet for the title.
Wanderers will seek to exploit a disorganized SRC defense as well as their average stamina. The coaching staff will preach patience and composure as the game will probably be decided in the last ten minutes. Wanderers have been consistent performers and their no-nonsense style of play will be in stark contrast to the flair of SRC. They have the personnel who are capable of turning games around and their defense has been rock solid. The match will have it's fair share of big hits and mesmerizing runs. It will be a classic and surely a match not to be missed.

Buck up Indra. Grand finals is a huge event. The best rugby you have ever played since you ever started. 14 other players are putting hope into a 19 year old and you better not fail them. Its been too long and too far. Wear the number 7 with pride as did previous opensides have been wearing them. Never fail them because you are as skilled as anyone of them. You have the ability and unpredictability to spur on your forwards. Remember, its good to be 19.

Thank You
Well then. I don't know how to start this. First of, I'm gonna thank Bill Doherty and Cameron Torrance for teaching me how to be a respectable openside flanker. Thanks to Ross Ventras for talking to me in April on what I must do in the team. Thanks to Mike Paterson, who will always be like a dad to me. Thanks to Sammy Dale for also being like an on-field dad to me, making sure I don't fuck up and picking me up when I am "down". Thanks to Daryll for being a great Number.8! Thanks also to Damon! Thanks to Romi and Najib for being the role models that they are. Thanks to the OFS players for being a great team on and off the field. Generally, thanks to everyone at Wanderers!

A revelation came to me today. I am an naive idiot with a compulsive disorder. I was giving advice to a friend of mine. Lets call him Mr R. Mr R's life is rugby and nothing else. I advised him to loosen up and have a proper balanced "life". I guess it was more to a pot calling a kettle black. I advise people, I myself can't do it. What I need is understanding. What I need is a life. Life without worries. Life without fear. Life without rugby.
For those of you guys who have tasted my cooking and wondered why they taste so well....its because of these babies......
I'm in a terrible state. So worried that I'll get kicked out of school because of maths. God, Mrs Tay and Ian knows how much effort I put into making sure that doesnt happen... sigh... this is eating my sanity....

Humans gifted with utmost beauty are balanced with ugly personalities and attitude. Owning such physical beauty have made them forget that they are humans after all and will grow old and wrinkly-skinned. They abuse their beauty in becoming a so-called facist, accepting only those of the same kind. These kind of humans are brought forth as a mirrors from god, telling his children that at least they are gifted with proper personalities, pleasant attitudes and that people love them because of who they are and not because of that palpable thing called BEAUTY..

Gone - I couldn't murder your promise Right before my eyes The revolutions of my psychosis Kept me outta the way Once - inside - all I hold is ash... Fail - suppressing every feeling I'm in so much pain I have every fuckin' right to hate you I can't take it! The hardest part was knowing that I could never be you Now all I do is sit around and wish I could forget you My demise - I took a life worth living and Made it worth a mockery I deny - I fold, but they keep on coming (Stop) I'm always ready to die But you're killing me Who are you to me? Who am I to you? Is this a lesson in nepotistic negligence? By default, you are my only link to the outside Psychosomatic suicide Where were you when I was down? Can you show me a way... To face everyday with this face - goodbye My demise - I took a life worth living and Made it worth a mockery I deny - I fold, but they keep on coming (Stop) I'm always ready to die But you're killing me When I blur my eyes, they make the whole World breath - I see you fucking me And I am absolutely controlly every urge To mutilate - the one and only answer So much for memories... I wanna derss in your insecurities And be the perfect you - I'm through I'm out-stretched out for all to loathe Here we go - the ultimate irony |
